On September 5, 2025, a 10 square industrial freeze dryer was successfully loaded and shipped from our workshop, marking the official of the characteristic fruit and vegetable deep processing project in Xinjiang - the fig freeze-drying production line.  The operation of this advanced equipment will greatly enhance the added value and competitiveness of characteristic agricultural products in Xinjiang, and inject new impetus into the industrialization of agriculture in the western region.

As an important fruit and vegetable base in China, Xinjiang is rich in high-quality specialty agricultural products such as figs, grapes and jujubes.  However, for a long time, problems such as difficult storage and transportation and insufficient processing capacity have restricted the full release of added value of these products.  The of this project will effectively solve the problem of post-harvest loss of fruits and vegetables in the local area, extend the industrial chain, and enable high-quality fruits and vegetables Xinjiang to enter the national market in a form with higher value.

The 10 square meter freeze-drying machine shipped this time adopts advanced vacuum freeze-d technology, which can dehydrate and preserve fruits and vegetables under the low temperature of -40℃, and better retain more than 95% of the nutritional components and original of agricultural products such as figs after sublimation.  Compared with traditional drying methods, the fig products produced by freeze-drying technology not only retain the original shape, color, nutrition of the fruit but also have excellent rehydration properties, which can be widely used in high-end food, health snacks, and health care products.  After the project is into operation, it will produce a variety of deep-processed products such as freeze-dried fig slices and fig powder to meet different market needs.
