The core design of this 40-square-meter freeze-drying equipment is to provide strong support for the industrialized production of agricultural products by enterprises. Its key features include: 

1、** Large-capacity drying chamber ** : With a freeze-drying area of 40 square meters, it can handle up to nearly 500 kilograms of fresh products in a single batch, significantly enhancing the processing capacity of freeze-drying meat and dairy products.

2、** Advanced Structural Design ** : The core components such as the drying chamber, cold trap, refrigeration, and vacuum system are designed as an integrated unit. There is no need for additional chamber freezing, and operations can be carried out within the same drying chamber. 3、** Precise Temperature Control and Vacuum System ** : Integrated with an efficient refrigeration unit and a high-precision vacuum system, it ensures that the temperature and vacuum degree of the product remain precise and stable throughout the freeze-drying process (pre-freezing, maintenance, and sublimation drying), maximizing the retention of the product's original color, flavor, nutrition, and active substances.

4、** Full-process intelligence ** : Equipped with an Internet of Things (iot) remote monitoring platform, it enables cloud-based optimization of process parameters and reduces the risk of manual intervention.
